ordering dinner up to the room, watchin tv in the room, relaxing by the pool, taking a bath there was no booklet in the room with information about the local area & things to do in the hotel, no price list about the spa or facilities was provided. |

Staff were excellent - very friendly, excellent english and went out of their way to accomodate. The accomodation was also of a high standard and was cleaned very well. The charge for using the internet was very high, as was the charge for a phone call that was made for me. Also there were a couple of local shop keepers and taxi drivers outside who harangued every time you walked past and tried to take me to places I did not want to go to! |

New hotel/residence located in a good position if you want to have fun in Bangkok. You can also bring guests in room without paying an extra charge. The bathroom stinks badly of garlic whenever we used the shower, and the hotel corridor stinks of garlic too. I think there is some problem with the sewerage. |
