Rapporto qualità prezzo....troppo caro per l'hotel che oggi ritengo vecchio e inadeguato al nome che porta. Ci sono, oggi, a Bangkok hotel con camere molto più accoglienti per una cifra inferiore. |

while we were in this hotel, the airport was blocked by the protester. The hotel staff seems to be careless, no any update information or show any sympathy. The room smell bad (like something not dry completely). The street nearby was extremly dirty. This is the worst experience I ever had. |

Free wireless internet in the lobby (but only after drinking an expensive drink) Hotel is quite expensive compared to other similar hotels in Bkk; expensive internet connection in the room is not something you'd expect today anymore...; No lunchbuffet available anymore |

Friendly staff charging me of telephone call bill that I have got no answer after two rings I hang up the phone despite the hotel note in the room stating that the charge will be after six rings. |
